Talent Hunt
It aims at tapping talented students from the neighborhood, schools through aptitude tests, one to one conversation and with the help of local teachers and help them achieve their goals of becoming engineers and doctors by providing them with scholarship and giving them an opportunity to succeed and also to inculcate the values of discipline among them. Srijan organizes talent hunt programs through aptitude tests and later groom them for the higher learning.
Sankalp13
Under Sankalp 13, Team Srijan selects 13 students from classes 9 to 11 through specifically designed aptitude tests and accordingly —
provide them the right career advise, counsel them to identify their main strengths and weakness. Based on their interests, we design the right career paths for them.Besides, we support them in schooling , coaching, whenever necessary and provide scholarships to the poor children.
Youth Camp
Two-days annual Cultural events are organized by Srijan wherein various competitions /activities designed by experts like essay writing, poster presentation, Maths race, Brain Train : The Quiz, Debates, Rangolis, Musics, singing and dancing are organized to identify their hidden skills, aptitude and talents in respective fields
Seminars
Seminars
We organize seminars and career guidance camps for school children and help them choose a career of their choice. In addition to this, we also organize motivational talks from motivational/guest speakers, primarily to motivate children and help them understand the importance of education in their lives. Besides, we impart digital literacy among school children and help them learn use of internet/computers to simplify their learning.
School visits
Srijan volunteers from time to time undertake visits of schools to interact with school children, understand their psyche and guide them to choose a career of their choice and achieve their goals. It is important to understand the temperament of young minds, their areas of interests and likings and the very purpose of the Srijan’s volunteers visit to schools is to read the minds of school children and groom them accordingly.
Tie-up with Schools We have tie-ups with many schools to prepare and groom students for higher studies and competitive examinations like JEE, Medical etc.
Coaching
Coaching plays very important role to prepare students for competitive examinations. Understanding the very objectives of coaching, Srijan set up a coaching institute — `Quest for Education’ to provide quality guidance and education to school students aspiring to seek admissions in premier engineering and medical colleges of the country.
Health Awareness camps
It is said that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. Keeping this philosophy in mind, Srijan from time to time organizes health awareness camps to ensure every student remains healthy while pursuing study. Accordingly, we organize various health checkup camps like — Diabetes check up camp, Blood donation camp, Sanitization awareness & Eye check up camp at periodic intervals.
