I’m grateful to Srijan ‘ek soch’ that it is as part of my life. The team helps me in self-evaluation for carrier and encourages me to achieve a big dream and works for society. The continuous motivation and their guidance, I become able to choose my carrier path. The role you play in my life is invaluable. I have completed my master (M.Sc. Geophysics) from IIT Kharagpur and pursuing Ph.D. from IIT Roorkee at present. Keeping hopes form me for betterment in Science and Technology.

I, Ravindra Kumar, came in touch with Srijan Ek Soch in 2004 when it was still in its nascent state. I was still a 15 year old young kid back then who had so many aspirations with life. I was filled with zeal, enthusiasm and ready to do as much hard work as needed to be successful in life although all I was lacking then was a guiding hand. Srijan Ek Soch became my guide, my mentor, my guru, my helper and most of all a companion for all adventures which lied ahead. Today after 14 years of journey with them in which not only I have achieved my goals and have been benefited by them but also given back to the organisation as per my capabilities. I have been constantly guiding students every year and also contributing with financial resources as well as with my time for organisational work. I am sure that just like this organisation have changed my life, I will be able to give back and be the mentor in life of many other under privileged children.

I am very thankful to “Srijan ek soch ” Team for their continuous Support and Guidance during my preparations. It has helped me to develop a positive attitude towards my studies and discover more about myself. I selected in JEE ADVANCED (2015). मैं ,विनय गुप्ता वर्तमान समय में Quest For Education कोचिंग संस्थान में प्रबंधन एवं संचालन का कार्य वहन कर रहा हूँ। एवं हमने राठ जैसे छोटे कस्बे से लगभग 10th & 12th level के सभी exam में सेलेक्शन कराये । हम इस कार्य को सुगमता एवं सुचारिता के साथ कर सके इसमे `सृजन ` का योगदान अतुलनीय है, एवं विशेषकर प्रभात सक्सेना भैया का । मैं सृजन के बारे में जब क्लास 11th में था तब जाना, वही पर प्रभात भैया से मुलाकात हुई।वह मात्र एक व्यक्ति नही अपने आपमे एक संस्थान है, उनका व्यक्तित्व बहुत प्रभावी है, उन्होंने मेरे जीवन में विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में अहम भूमिका निभाई । और अभी तक जो भी हम कर पाए उसमे समय समय पर विभिन्न मुसीबतों का सामना करना पड़ा।इन परिस्थितियों में भैया ने हमे आगे की राह दिखाई, जब कोई दुविधा आयी तो ऐसी स्थिति में चयन करना सिखाया।एवं अंत मे एक बार फिर से मेरे जीवन में प्रभात भैया के अमूल्य योगदान के लिए उनका कोटि-कोटि नमन करता हूँ।

Hello friends, I am Alok Agrawal, presently working as an IES officer for the central government. I am one of you. First thing I want to tell you guys is that you should never measure your abilities with your existing surroundings. I was as one of you and just trying to pass board exams. I was uncertain about the direction where I wanted to turn my academics. Back then we did not have much access to internet like today. I came to know these educational initiatives in 2009. The club organized talent hunt examination for the students and also held number of career guidance campaigns. I met some of the wonderful seniors like Jitrndra Rajput and Prabhat Saxena who inspired me to shape my future and work for a strong career. I appeared for the college entrance exam in Bangalore and joined Civil engineering for graduation. After graduation joined a private company in Pune but the long hours and hectic schedule become monotonous for me. 6 months later I left the job and came to Delhi and prepared for a competitive exam after 2 years of preparation, I cleared the IES exam.
